Online Sessions
All services are offered online, making therapy more accessible, flexible, and comfy (yes, even in your PJs).
Individual Therapy
One on one counselling sessions to help you navigate anxiety, burnout, relationships, identity, life transitions and life's curveballs.
Children & Adolescent Counselling (Ages 12–18)
A supportive space for young minds navigating school pressure, friendships, identity, emotions, and family dynamics. Sessions are paced gently, with care for what feels safe and relevant to them whether they're opening up for the first time or already self-aware.
Important: Parental or guardian consent is required for anyone under 18. Caregiver involvement may be included, when helpful, to support the process.
Grief Counselling
Gentle, compassionate support for navigating loss of a loved one, a relationship, a version of yourself, or a life you imagined.
Trauma-Informed Therapy
A slow, safe, and respectful approach to therapy that honours your pace, your story, and your nervous system.
One-Time Mental Health Check-In
