Client Information

  • I currently work with clients aged 18 to 35, with a focus on adolescents and young adults navigating identity, transitions, emotional wellbeing, burnout and personal growth.
  • I also work with children and minors on a case-by-case basis, provided there is informed consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Creating a safe, age-appropriate, and collaborative space is central to my work with younger clients If you're unsure whether therapy is the right step for you or your child, feel free to reach out as we can explore it together.

Therapeutic Commitment

Starting therapy is a meaningful and brave step toward understanding yourself and creating lasting change. Like any healing journey, it works best when there’s mutual commitment, care, and consistency. To support this process, there are two simple steps:

📝Step 1: Before our introductory call, kindly fill out this brief intake form. This helps me know basic details like your age, contact information, and what brings you to therapy.

🤝Step 2: If we choose to move forward together, a detailed consent form will be shared before our first session. This ensures we are aligned on confidentiality, safety, and the structure of our work together. If you choose to begin this process, I kindly invite you to do so with intention; showing up with honesty, openness, and a willingness to engage regularly and respectfully.

  • Be an active participant in the therapeutic process
  • Follow the practice guidelines shared with you

This space is here for you and your presence, engagement, and responsibility help keep it safe, supportive, and meaningful for both of us.

While I deeply value your safety and well-being, please know that I do not offer crisis intervention or emergency mental health services as part of my practice. This means I may not be available to respond immediately if you are in the midst of a mental health crisis.
